Hawks and Reed Performing Arts Center is the newest edition to Western Massachusetts’ booming music scene; a cutting edge, multi-venue performance center.

How can I get tickets to shows? Are there service charges?
Tickets for Hawks & Reed shows can be purchased at the venue, online via our website (there’s a link next to each show to buy tickets) or over the phone. There is no service charge for tickets purchased in person at the Hawks & Reed Box Office.
The service charges for online sales vary depending on ticket price, delivery method, and number of tickets.
Where should I park?
There is limited street by the venue which is free after 6pm. There is also a garage located on Olive Street a short walk from the venue.
Is there an age limit for shows?
All shows at Hawks & Reed are typically all ages unless otherwise noted. All children still need to have a ticket to attend, due to local fire code.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Do you allow smoking or vaping?
No, Hawks & Reed is a completely smoke-free and vape-free establishment.
Does Hawks & Reed serve alcohol?
Yes, Each venue has a full-service bar. We offer a wide selection of domestic and craft beer, cider, spirits, wine, and more.
– You must be 21 years old to purchase, with valid photo ID
– No outside alcohol is allowed on the property
– If you appear intoxicated we reserve the right to deny alcohol service or refuse entry to venue
– Unruly or disrespectful behavior may be grounds for you to be cut off or ejected at our discretion
Can I leave and come back?
Re-entry is allowed for most shows. However, there will be exceptions to this on occasion. Please ask the door staff upon entering the venue if you have any questions.
